Think about it. You would never build a house without architectural plans, because you want your home to be more than a collection of rooms, rather, a series of interconnected spaces that function as a whole entity. So is it with a Landscape Plan.
A drafted Landscape Design is an invaluable tool in the creation and implantation of your project. A picture paints a thousand words. Your landscape plan will serve such a purpose, as a crucial communication tool in every step of the process.
In your meetings with me, the Designer, you will be closely communicating you aspirations and I will be artistically interpreting them on paper so that all the separate elements are seamlessly connected together to make a picturesque transition from space to space.
In the Design Process, you will be presented a series of rough draft drawings which serve in our preliminary meetings to fine tune the design components until you are ready for the Final Plan. This Final Plan will be detailed both graphically and verbally on separate planting plans and hardscape plans, so that you are ready to hand off the plans to an installer of your choice, or in some cases, be able to install on your own. I will also be able to provide you with the name of a preferred contractor that I am accustomed to working with.
